This is STS Host And Tech INC’s refund policy. You can get your money back for eligible products purchased from us during the applicable refund period from the date of purchase.

You are able to purchase a hosting plan without registering or transferring a domain. If you wish to cancel your service, we will issue a refund without calculating pro-rated usage, provided the cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe for that product. Some products are not refundable under any circumstance.

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to STS Host and Tech INC. The terms “You” and “Your” refer to you as a customer or authorized person acting on your behalf.
