The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to “STS Host and Tech INC”. The terms “You”, “Your”, “he” and “she” refer to you as the customer of STS Host and Tech INC Services, or any agent, employee, servant or person authorized to act on your behalf.

Account Eligibility
Our Site and Services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old or older. Any registration, use of or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and is a violation of this agreement.
- If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of another party, you agree that he/she is authorized to bind such other party to this agreement and to act on such other party’s behalf with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.
- You take full responsibility to provide accurate, active, current, and complete information on the registration forms. You can use our billing and support portal to update your contact information.
- We reserve the right to require additional authentication from you if there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any instruction, notice, document or communication. In case of failure to provide such documents, or mismatch of provided documents, we shall retain the right to suspend the customer account and all related services.
- In case of using a credit card on the payment gateway, we may ask for a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes. Failure of the verification process will cause immediate cancellation of your account.
- You agree to take full responsibility for all use of your account options and for any actions that take place through your account. Our company is not liable for any loss of your account information, or any damage occurring related to the loss of such data. Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other information related to securing your account is your full responsibility.
General Acceptable Use Policy
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use our services to:
- Perform illegal activities, or violate the regulations, ordinances or other requirements of any applicable Federal, State or local government and/or international laws.
- Encourage, promote or engage in child pornography or the exploitation of children.
- Encourage, promote or engage in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property.
- Cause (DDoS) denial of service attacks, port scans or server scanning against our network and servers and/or facilities of other networks over the Internet, or host sites that contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, time bombs, or any other harmful software or programs designed to disrupt, damage hardware and/or software and/or network and/or facilities.
- Host sites or software that cause overloads on our network or systems or hardware that we provided to you as a part of the services.
- Host or use illegal software, or violate and/or use and/or publish and/or host licensed software without authorization.
- Host or use phishing websites, fraud software, or submit any fraudulent activities.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of another user or any other person or entity.
- Send illegal emails or engage in any activity known or considered to be spamming or mail bombing.
- Violate the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar legislation.
